Stewardship

Sustainability & Traceability

We operate under Brazilian federal fisheries law, enforcing both general and species-specific rules across our entire supply chain.

Framework

General framework

  • All product is acquired exclusively from suppliers whose vessels are authorised and registered in the General Registry of Fisheries Activity (RGP).
  • Full traceability within our operational chain — fiscal invoice from licensed suppliers, processing under SIF federal inspection, and complete export documentation.
  • We do not acquire, process or export species during their federally established closed seasons (defeso).
Regulation

Compliance with species-specific regulation

  • Acquisition exclusively from vessels equipped with satellite tracking where required by applicable federal regulation.
  • Minimum catch sizes established by federal regulation are enforced at the point of acquisition.
  • Full observance of closed seasons (defeso) during acquisition, processing and export.

Cold chain
